Last chance(s) to register for this weekends event (Monday 25th January)
posted: 18 January 2010 Congratulations to all who have already made their New Year's resolution of entering a Scorcher happen! For those still in need of commiting....here is a quick summary of your last chances to enter:
Not entered yet?
- Register Online by 11.59pm on Wednesday to get the normal entry fees
- After that late fees apply (without exception)
- All Online entries close at 6pm on Friday
- If there are any late spots available, we will post a message on the website after 6pm on Friday with how many spots will be available
- Late entries at registration will be available on a first come first served basis (at the Holiday Inn, Featherston Street, Wellington)
- There will be absolutely no late entries on Monday morning
PLEASE NOTE THAT ENTERING A SCORCHER IS A TWO DAY EXPERIENCE - IT IS COMPULSORY TO ATTEND THE BRIEFING THE DAY BEFORE. Details below & thanks in advance for being the best bunch of participants ever and adhering to our rules to help us create a safe event for all!
Sunday Registration - compulsory for all to attend
- 1-4pm at the Holiday Inn, Featherston Street, Wellington
- This is where you will collect your event bag and numbers for Sunday
- Verbal event briefings are at 2:30pm & 4pm to cover off the Health & Safety aspects of the event for Sunday. It is compulsory to attend one of these briefings
